Thank you for considering HomeFur-ever as a beneficiary of your fundraising activities. We appreciate your deep love of animals, and recognize how that love and dedication can help us to save, protect and care for as many dogs and cats as possible.
There are many types of events that can help raise money for our animal rescue efforts include golf tournaments, fun runs/walks, wine tastings, raffles, company “dress-down” days, office parties, jewelry sales, restaurant openings, or any other creative idea you have! Events can be as large or small as you like — the only limit is your imagination.
To help you plan and put on your event, we suggest you first contact our Marketing firm, Strategic Growth Concepts at: 248-470-3257 or linda@StrategicGrowthConcepts.com or complete our 'Host a Fundraising Event/Program' form and we will contact you.
To assist your efforts, HomeFur-ever is happy to provide:
- Event planning advice
- Referrals to resources and/or contacts that we may be aware of
- A HomeFur-ever representative and adoptable pet(s) (when available)
- Tax receipts to donors (when provided with the appropriate donor identification)
- HomeFur-ever marketing materials
- An event listing in our website and blog events calendars, and our social media profiles such as FaceBook, Twitter and LinkedIN (when appropriate)
- The HomeFur-ever logo
- A letter of support that validates the authenticity of the event
HomeFur-ever cannot provide:
- Funding or reimbursement for event expenses
- Access to our donor or mailing lists
- Access to celebrities or VIPs
- Guarantees of promotion or advertising of your event*
- Guarantees of attendance of staff or volunteers at your event*
- Guarantees to supply prizes, auction items, awards*
